Back to space to work

75 Queens Road, Cheltenham

The Project: Redevelopment of former petrol filling station to provide mixed use retail and residential development.

The Brief: The site had an extant planning permission for a new Tesco Express and 14 residential apartments but the client was concerned about their layout and build ability.  coombes everitt carried out a technical review and then the production of the technical drawing package for the scheme including a revision to the planning permission.

The Solution: We were commissioned by Hinton International to work with Peace Pennels and and Nick Bevan Consulting to review the scheme and then prepare the working drawings for the project on a prominent site in Cheltenham. The scheme included 14 two bed residential units a retail unit and a commercial unit. The working drawings package was developed to improve the build efficiency of the project and enhance the layouts of the residential units and meet the specific needs of the end user for the retail unit. The construction works were completed by Markey Construction.
