Introducing our care projects
Our first project in the specialist care sector was for National Star College — the £5m+ award-winning Bradbury Gardens development in the centre of Cheltenham.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of designing a wide range of projects for the specialist care sector, including residential accommodation for specialist colleges, day centres supporting educational needs, therapy facilities such as a hydrotherapy centre, and private residential schemes that enable independent living within the community.
We’re passionate about creating spaces shaped around the independence, dignity and wellbeing of residents.
Every project is developed in close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure the final design meets the needs of the whole community.

Helping you with our holistic approach
We understand how a building can influence the wellbeing and comfort of its occupants. Our role is to ensure that the spaces we design don’t just function effectively but truly support the individuals who use them.
We combine a deep understanding of the practical requirements that improve wellbeing, accessibility and independence with insight gained from our work across private residential, education and commercial sectors. This broader perspective enables us to bring fresh thinking and innovative design solutions to every project.
We take time to understand the financial pressures, operational challenges and long-term goals of each care provider.
Equally important is the collaboration we establish early on with all stakeholders. By engaging with care providers, therapists, residents, students and families from the outset, we gain a full understanding of the needs of everyone involved.
This rounded holistic approach helps us strike the right balance so we can design spaces that are efficient and sustainable to operate, and meet the emotional, social and practical needs of residents and staff alike. It is this balance that ensures our projects deliver environments where people can thrive, now and in the future.
