About Toby
With over 25 years experience, Toby is one of the original Founders and Directors of coombes everitt architects. Toby’s strong commercial understanding has benefited a wide range of projects for commercial clients to maximise the success and viability of schemes. This includes site consolidation for new retail opportunities, mixed use commercial and retail developments, business incubator and warehousing and both developer and private residential developments.
The desire for innovative design, with an eye on the viability of developments, has established a strong reputation for contemporary architecture throughout the Cotswolds and beyond including bespoke new homes, sensitive contemporary twists to period properties and bringing a creative flair to commercial schemes.
Toby truly believes that his passion for good design founded on creativity, functionality and commercial understanding ensures the best outcomes for clients. This love of design has led him to become a member of the Cheltenham Architects Panel, a Director of the Gloucestershire Design Review Panel, as well as committee member of Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire.
Away from work
Although his football playing days are behind him, Toby is a qualified FA football coach and coaches Junior Football at Bredon Football Club. Cycling has filled the fitness gap with regular ventures into the Cotswolds and Welsh mountains and annual trips to iconic rides in Flanders, the French Alps and Mont Ventoux in Provence.
