Ullenwood Hill - Gloucestershire

The scheme comprises of the demolition of a number of wartime structures that had reached the end of their serviceable life and their subsequent replacement with 26 high quality luxury residential dwellings set within a parkland setting.

To minimise the impact of the dwellings on the wider countryside they were set down into the site and included features such as natural stone walls, timber cladding and wild flower roofs. The redevelopment of this former brownfield site in the Cotswold AONB was unanimously approved at Planning Committee by Cotswold District Council.
