Re-development of light industrial estate in a residential area of Cheltenham. We secured a 33 unit scheme which included a combination of 3 storey town houses, apartments and semi-detached houses. The use of contemporary town houses and apartments rather than detached and semi detached dwellings increased the density the proposed development achieved on the site.
