Introducing our homes
For over ten years we have been creating beautiful homes for our clients to live, work and play.
We love what we do, whether it is designing brand new homes or reworking an existing one.
Here is just a small selection of our homes.
"The advice from the team was outstanding,
we really felt like we were in safe hands"
Practice directors Toby Coombes and John Everitt have both worked in the South West since 2000 and between them have over 40 years post RIBA professional qualifications experience in a broad range of sectors.
Today they are supported by a team of 7 architects and technicians and are one of Gloucestershire's leading RIBA Chartered Architectural Practices.
The practice is known for its wide range of projects from its bespoke contemporary homes, to period properties, large residential developments and commercial projects.
Building your dream home
Working with an architect may be a new experience for many people embarking on a home renovation or build.
At coombes everitt we will guide you through the process one step at a time. Right from the start we will set out our ways of working and what you can expect at each stage of the process.
With over 30 years of experience, we will be on hand every step of the way to ensure you get the right result.
Experience your home with virtual reality
We are always looking to use technology to improve how our clients are able to understand and experience their designs.
The projects we deliver are often once in a lifetime dream homes and this can really bring your design to life at a much earlier stage of the process.
The service is part of our 3D modelling and design solution and we find it helps our clients experience their home and better understand how the space will feel.
You can walk from room to room and even see what the views will look like. You can also experience your designs at home, using an app on your smart phone and a simple VR headset.
We design buildings that are considerate of their environment.
We believe in sustainable design and we are well versed in all aspects of modern technologies from solar heat and energy, to ground source heat and mechanical heat recovery.
However, this doesn’t have to mean increased costs, as sustainability starts with good design. We can look to make use of low carbon materials, solar gain, natural ventilation, or increased insulation to make simple but effective improvements to the energy efficiency of your home.
Whatever your project, we can offer advice on all elements of sustainability.
