This site was located on a greenfield site close to the centre of the village. We secured planning based on sustainable and low impact principals of a low energy envelope, supplemented with green technologies. Separate cul-de-sacs were created to reduce the perceived scale and create a more rural feel. The houses were built with timber frame and clad in materials drawn from the local context.
