Located on the edge of Gorsley on the southern side of B4221, the site was purchased with outline approval for 9 dwellings won at planning appeal. We developed the reserved matters application to maintain unit numbers but increase the floor areas of the indicative approved plans. The final scheme included a housing mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties to suit the rural location, including provision of off network drainage solutions for surface and foul water. Designed with a traditional form dressed in a contemporary manner, the scheme provides 9 high value, low energy homes.
