Re-development of a former mushroom composting plant into a multi-unit mixed use Paragraph 80 scheme including 28 new homes and some commercial and retail units. The scheme utilised a thermal heat store, commercial PV system and extensive SuDs scheme to create a net zero carbon development. It also provided in excess of 30% BNG on site.
