This site had previous refusal for a residential development due to its location within the flood zone and an aesthetic unsympathetic to the conservation area. Our proposal for 9 new apartments based the design on the layout of the historic burgage plots and broke the massing of the building down to sit within the conservation area and the shadow of Tewkesbury Abbey.
