43 New build apartments. Consolidation of 3 separate planning consents to achieve greater unit numbers and GDV
Our initial feasibility assessment explored combining 3 separate adjacent town centre sites with planning consents and how this could benefit the client in both apartment numbers and build viability. The result was an increase in overall unit numbers and a successful development comprising 43 apartments for a local Affordable Housing provider.
