Mullins House, Swindon Road - Cheltenham

Re-development of disused site in the town centre. The site benefited from an original planning consent for 10 affordable new homes. This was reworked to increase the number of units to 14 apartments with undercroft parking. The scheme was delivered using timber frame construction on top of a concrete podium.
