This brownfield site was re-developed to provide 39 affordable housing units for Reading Borough Council. Designed in 2 blocks with a communal courtyard to the centre, off street parking and EV charging points. The apartments are heated with heat recovery and ventilation units paired with PV panels to reduce on-going energy costs.
