6 new build timber frame properties, set within mature woodland landscape

Model

A bespoke residential development set within a steeply sloping mature woodland setting overlooking Ledbury. The site was purchased with approval for 3 contemporary units which were out of keeping with the local market. We redesigned a sympathetic scheme to suit the verdant nature of the site and increased the number of units to 6. The increase in units improved the GDV of the scheme as well as providing well designed and saleable properties.
