Burleigh Rd - Ascot

Located a short distance from the historic Ascot Racecourse the site presented a narrow frontage to the main road and was covered in a significant amount of mature trees.  The houses were located along a narrow access drive and then to a rear courtyard which allowed a reduction in the perceived scale and to set the houses amongst the trees.  The houses were designed as 7 individual dwellings with a contemporary take on a traditional Victorian property with facing brickwork, clay tile cladding and timber detailing.
