The development site comprised of 3 separate ownerships all with independent planning approvals for residential and commercial uses. We produced a feasibility assessment joining the sites which demonstrated additional units, and therefore increased value, could be achieved if the sites were consolidated into a single development. This was achieved through planning in 2018.
The scheme was developed with a steel frame and concrete plank floors and staircases with a mix of facing brickwork, render and laminate board cladding.
The scheme has been pre let to Bromford Housing Association with a completion due in Q1 2021.
