Stane Street - Pulborough

Located on the edge of the West Downs the site has spectacular views towards the Downs and consequently had to be designed to ensure it had minimal impact on the long range views from the Downs towards the town.

The homes were designed to reference the local vernacular and include a mixture of unit sizes and types that meet the identified need with in the community.

Full planning approval for 103 dwellings was granted in July 2014.
