Five new contemporary dwellings – Bradford on Avon
Located on a terraced site close to the town centre, work has begun on a project to construct five new contemporary dwellings on the footprint of a single derelict cottage.
This scheme uses traditional pitched roof forms with a contemporary use of materials to provide high quality homes. Parking will be available on site, along with a communal garden and an attenuation pond providing both a sustainable drainage solution and improved ecological value.

43 sought after affordable homes – Cheltenham
Presented with the challenge of three separate planning approvals and maximising the creation of affordable homes for our long-standing developer client, we used our expertise to deliver the perfect solution for this Lower High Street development.
The site comprised three separate ownerships all with independent planning approvals for residential and commercial uses. We produced a feasibility assessment encompassing all three which demonstrated how additional units, and therefore increased project efficiency, could be achieved if the sites were consolidated into a single development.
The new planning application was approved in 2018, and the scheme was built with a steel frame, concrete plank floors and staircases with a mix of facing brickwork, render and laminate board cladding. The development has been pre let to Bromford Housing Association to provide much needed affordable homes.

Windrush Heights, West Oxfordshire – a landmark development
Like many regular drivers on the A40, we are excited to see this site, just outside Burford, start to realise its potential.
Phase one of this Windrush Heights project – the new build – has just been completed and we are working with the client on the second stage, the refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing, derelict hotel.
The existing buildings, which have been a blight on the area for many years, are being extensively renovated and refurbished into 24 luxury flats. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the derelict site has been sorely in need of regeneration and it’s great to see Phase 2 onsite. |
