Planning permission approved for Prinbox Works project in Cheltenham

coombes : everitt architects receives planning permission for the redevelopment of former industrial buildings at Prinbox Works in Cheltenham.

Cheltenham Borough council's planning committee unanimously voted in favour of the new housing project at the end of December 2025.

The proposal plans to replace the commercial premises known as ‘Prinbox Works’, located between Lypiatt Street, Saddlers Lane, and Tivoli Walk in the Tivoli area in Cheltenham.

The project aims to transform the site into six high-quality, sustainable houses with associated outdoor amenities and parking.
