Priors Road development secures planning approval

Planning permission has been granted for a scheme of three family homes on Priors Road in Cheltenham designed by the team at coombes:everitt.

The approved proposals will see the replacement of a tired red brick building on the corner of the site with three new homes, designed to sit comfortably within the surrounding streets. Red brick façades and pitched roofs reference neighbouring properties. The standing seam roofs introduce a more contemporary edge to the scheme.

Each home will benefit from its own parking space and pocket garden, alongside low carbon technologies, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).

The project was delivered in collaboration with planning consultants Evans Jones.

An onsite start date is currently anticipated in Q2.
